Cant instal USB Drivers because Parallels doesn't detect USB Device

I am not able do use a USB Transfer device i have recently purchased. I am supposed to wait until the icon that pops up and says Windows has found new hardware, install drivers?.. But it wont come up because parallels nor the mac recoognise it.. Any help is gratly apreciated..

It seems then ,that Mac OS is not able to detect your USB device,
The process is going through Mac OS
1. Mac OS detects device,
2. We can attach it to VM
