I would like to install a free Linux system, but the Installation Assistant says "To get a list of available appliances, please connect your Mac to the internet."
The only problem is that my Mac IS connected to the internet. What can I do?

I have the same problem: Installation Assistant says I am not connected to the internet, Parallels can't check for updates, can't download Tools. But laptop is connected. Read the articles about ExploreSearchResults, but this virus and its various crumbs do not appear on my computer. What now?
