Can't install paralles tools in vista over build 3120

I can't install parallels tools in windows vista, return me "error with the time sincronization driver "

This error return me in build 3120, in beta 3, in beta 2, in build 1970 etc , etc.

I can't uninstall parallels tools in windows vista and then, reinstall parallels tools.

what happend with this. How can I solved this problem

the installer gives the previouly described error and finish and I can't install the rest of the tools.
