Can't Load XP - New Install

Intel
2 GB

Brand new machine.

Installing Win XP SP0

Hangs on "Installing Windows" (Setup will be complete in 36 minutes)

Green lights flashing in lower right suggesting that something is happening... but how long does one wait??
. .. . It's been hours . . .

O.k. got it done... must say... .I like the product -- this is my 2nd copy -- but the install was very shaky. Shouldn't have to spend a whole day and go into "terminal" mode to do a product install.... Not sure what's up. new machine, latest patches, latest rev of Paralells... yikes... having bad flashbacks to my PC days.... hope I don't need to edit environment variables and my autoexec.bat file . . .
