Can't open program in windows

I reinstalled Parallels on my mac and it automatically detected the previous version of windows 8.1 I had. I made sure all updates were installed. I tried to open a program and kept getting errors so I downloaded the .dll files. Even though I have verified they are there and restarted a million times the program still won't open. Any suggestions?
