Can't open Resolve 19 on M1 Macbook Pro

I'm trying to run Davinci Resolve on Parallels both on an M1 Mabook Pro and on an Intel 2017 iMac - both are packed to the max with RAM and storage. I need to run Resolve so that I can calibrate my Flanders FSI monitor with software that only runs on Windows. However on both machines Resolve won't run . I get the same error code " cannot initialize open GL. Please insure that the latest drivers are installed." Well - Latest drivers are installed. On the Macbook Pro M1 I have the Windows 11ARM OS installed and I downloaded Resolve 19 for Windows 11 Arm . On the Intel Mac I have Windows 10 and I downloaded the appropriate version of Resolve for that OS .
So what's going on ?
