can't open the parallel shared folder in the window after reinstall/update window 10

I have 3 questions:
1. my window 10 cant be activated with the purchased product key in parallel 10.
since this reason I tried to reinstall or update window 10 with the original window 10 CD. However, the parallel shared folder was unable to open after that. It worked properly before I reinstall or update the window 10.
so the 2nd. question is how can I fit this problem. the pop up message was something like that "unable to access \\mac ...you may not have the authority to access the network. please contact the administrator for the access... the destinated network name invalid."
also, 3rd. the Photoshop CS 5 was unable to open after that as well, the pop up said " some programme components were missing".
can anyone help with these problems?
