I'm trying to change the trackpad settings in my Windows 10 VM, but I can't open the Windows System Settings. Clicking on the gear icon in the Start menu does nothing. If I open the Start menu and type "Mouse" the search results shows me "Mouse Settings/System Settings" and clicking that also does nothing. Pressing Command+I is supposed to open system settings and it also does nothing. Is this because I'm running Windows in a VM or is there something wrong? macOS 10.12.6 Windows 10 Pro Parallels Desktop Pro for Mac 13.2.0
When I click the settings gear in the Start menu, nothing happens. If I open the Start menu and type "mouse settings", clicking "Mouse Settings" or "Change your mouse settings" does nothing. I have found one workaround. If I right-click on the Start button and select "Settings" in the menu, I get to the Windows Settings screen.
