I'm running MS Office 2010 on Windows 7 Pro on Parallels 10. My configuration is Full Screen mode. When I double-click an MS Word file in Finder (on an adjacent Mac desktop), it does open the document in Windows 7, but it is not the active window. The last Word document I was working with continues to be the active window, and MS Word brings up the (hidden) Taskbar and flashes the MS Word icon until I click on the (previously open) last Word document. Then, and only then, does the Taskbar go back down to hiding. It's annoying because sometimes if I've already got 7 Word docs open, I have to keep clicking through them to finally find the last Word active document and click on it, so I can get the Taskbar to return down to hidden. Is there a setting I can change to fix this? Thanks!!!
