@FabricioM I think that a bit more information is required, such as: What client is being used? (Parallels Client for Windows, for macOS, etc) What is the OS version that is being used? What are the printing settings configured on the client and the server side? Were there any errors reported in the client-side logs? What printer is being redirected? Does it redirect but not print? Is it only a specific user or multiple users.
