Can't print after updating to Windows 1903(PD14).

I've reinstalled Parallels Tools, but I still get the error:

There was an internal error and Parallels Desktop is unable to print this document.

Versions:
PD 14.1.3
Windows 10 1903 Build 18362
I was successfully printing just 48 hours ago.

Hi, please try the following steps:
The possible workaround is to start the Windows Print Spooler service manually:

1. Press 'cmd'+R combination.
2. In the Run window type services.msc.
   
   
3. Locate the Print Spooler and click Start.
