This word doc prints fine with any other computer but when we try to print from the Windows 10 VM it fails. I've tried numerous suggestions but here scratching my head. Using Parallels Desktop 15 for Mac 15.1.2 so I know it's up to date. We do use a big shared drive but I copied it "locally" on the Win10 VM desktop so it would remove that as a possible problem. I have installed Toolbox and marked the printer we want to use as shareable on the host side. Everything else prints fine but this one docx.
