Can't register PD7

Hi,

I have problem with registering Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac. I successfully activated with the key I recieved, but when I'm trying to register it, it says: "This copy of Parallels Desktop is already registered to another user account."
Same problem is when I try to register my key on Parallels website.

Can someone help me with this?
