can't register product!

    Hello,

    I purchased 2.x in 2006, upgraded to 3.0 in June, 2007 and everything was working fine until I tried to update to the latest build today. It says there is a new build, then fails with a message that the file is not available. So, I thought I could just come out here to the website and download the upgrade directly, but no, it wants me to login. I guess the product registration login is separate from the forums.

    I checked, but am not 100% sure I went through the registration process when I bought the upgrade to 3.0. So, I tried to register and it complains about my activation key, which I just copy/pasted from the email. I also tried without dashes, but alas, that does not work either.

    What gives?

    I can't register, so I can't get the update.
