can't resume machine

I suspended my virtual machine, and now cannot resume or restart it. Under the "Virtual Machine" menu, there is no Resume command; there is a Suspend command with a checkmark next to it. The command has no apparent effect. All other commands in the menu are disabled. Quitting and relaunching Parallels doesn't help.

Appreciate any help.
 
Hi Cap Mac,

Please perform these steps

Open Finder => Documents => Parallels Folder => go to the virtual machine => Right click and click on Show Package contents delete all the .sav and .mem file
Restart your Mac and then try to resume it back.

This should work.
