Can't run Vista after install

Hi all. I just got Parallels Workstation installed, setup a Virtual Machine for Vista, and installed it...

Everything went fine, but after the first reboot, it got stuck at the first loading screen (black screen with the little progress bar in the bottom-center), and now that's what happens whenever I boot it up.

Any ideas? PW doesn't freeze... just Vista.

My specs are as follows (using triple screens, if that makes a difference with PW's support of dual video-cards):

CPU: AMD Athlon XP 6400+ X2
Video: 8800 GTS & FX 5200
Sound: X-Fi Xtreme Gamer
RAM: 4gb
Mobo Asus M2N-E (nForce 570)
HD: 3 internal HD's, 2 TB total

Update: Ahh, okay, I got it to work by disabling Hardware Virtualiation Support. (???) But now, of course, I'm afraid it's going to crawl...

Any thoughts on the matter?

OS Type=Windows
OS Version=Windows Vista
Virtual Machine Name=Windows Vista

By the way, I was able to get it to work with Hardware Virtualization Support on, if I turn acceleration down to Normal... but now the bootup screens before reaching the desktop are terribly laggy (they display like 2 fps), and I still can't get my video card recognized, so that I can use Aero.

If Hardware Virtualization is on High, is it supposed to recognize your video card? I have an 8800 GTS... CUrrently, I have Parallels Tools installed, so it reports my video card as "Parallels Video Driver".

Bump (and update): It works again with Hardware Virtualization Support on High. I guess it only needed to be disabled until Vista was fully installed. Still having the other issues though... can't use Aero, and can't hear anything.
 
Aero will be supported in the next Parallels Desktop version, which will be available in late summer.
As for sound, please install Parallels Tools
 
Can you please check that Sound device Intel(r) 82801BA/BAM AC97 Audio Controller is shown in device manager under Sound, video and game controllers
 
Yes, it's there... I also tried changing my sound devices in the Parallels Configuration Editor to "SB X-Fi Audio [AC00]", but still no banana... I mean sound.

You don't have to dig into it though... Thanks a lot for the help. There's nothing I need/want to hear enough to spend time on this, because I'm running XP as my main OS, and that's working fine.
