Can't see windows task bar in Parallel 11

My Mac version is OS X Yosemite. I exit the coherence also using windows 7 look. But can't see the start menu or the Task Bar for Windows 8.1 OS. I need to resolve this urgently. Could you please post reply quickly

Hello Kiran,
1. Please try to reinstall Parallels Tools
2. Follow this article and enable "Show Windows Task bar"
should the above steps does not fix the issue then please provide us a screenshot.
