Can't shut down VM after upgrading to Big Sur 11.4

Hello,
How can I manually shut down a sleeping VM? I upgraded to Big Sur 11.4 and I need to change the Hypervisor to Apple (https://kb.parallels.com/125039).

But I can't change that setting until the VM is shut down? How do I shut it down if I can't start it and can't change the settings? Delete?
 
Reboot again after the update and then I was able to start/shutdown and change hypervisor to Apple. Thanks.
