Hi all - first post for me, as all has been well since I installed parallels and win10 over 4 years ago. However this morning, my windows VM wouldn't start (there was an error, but didn't screen grab it unfortunately), so I rebooted the Mac and then all I got was a black screen with blinking cursor. So, I'm now trying to revert to a snapshot but it has been running for 4 hours and nothing happening. Does anyone have any ideas on this? All my work is on my windows install (proprietary company software that only runs on windows), so I can't get anything done!! Thanks in advance! Andy
