Can't Successfully Install Parallel Tools into a VM

    Hello, I can't seem to successfully install or reinstall the Parallel Tools into an existing VM, like Ubuntu, LEAP, however there are no issues with it in regards to Windows 10. What do I need to do to get a successful install or reinstall? When i try to reinstall, I get a message about disconnecting to a DVD, no option I select starts anything.

    Please provide the Ubuntu version which you have as a guest operating system and Parallels Desktop version.
