Can't sync time in Windows with iMac

Hi there,
The time in Parallels is always one hour behind the iMac. I have tried to set the clock to another region, in Advanced I have put that time should not be synced with iMac and after that I manually put the time right. Nothing works......

I have the same problem, running Parallels 7 on my late 2009 iMac. I have submitted a thread on this, but no answers yet.
