Cant upgrade to Version 11

Hello, I am currently using Parallels 10 and when I try to upgrade (for free) to Parallels 11 it is asking for a Product Key. I have copied and pasted my Product Key several times (from the online store purchase email I received) and I am getting an error message stating that I entered the key incorrectly.

Any input you can give me to deal with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you Dhruba. I think Ive figured it out. Sorry for the mistake. I do not have a subscription, just a one time purchase so I believe the upgrade fee is required which is what I did. Please let me know if that sounds correct. thanks very much, rick
 
so i tried to upgrade 7 (paid by paypal) to 11 from and it would not work I called customer support and was told I needed to buy 11 at 79.00 not very happy back to virtual box for me
 
Hi all, Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac can be upgraded from version 9 and 10 only. And if you are trying to upgrade from any other version, the activation process will not complete.
