Caps lock set opposite from Mac

I know it must be a setting but I have no idea where. If I have no caps lock set on the Mac the Parallels (XP) has its caps lock engaged. Where do I correct this problem.

I don't think it's a setting as I've had it happen three times over the course of several weeks. It's very intermittent and I haven't been able to notice a specific cause, but my vote would be that it's a bug somewhere.
 
I de-bugged this one for a client once. Windows ALWAYS starts with Caps Locks off. So, if it is on on the Mac side when you start up it will be reveresed for the rest of the session.

I never got around to telling Parallels about this... Maybe they can take a look at this thread...

In 3188 running XP Pro SP 2, this started happening to me after I changed Control Panel>System>Advanced>Performance from "Let Windows choose what's best for my computer" to "Adjust for best performance."

Rebooting the VM solved it.
