Caps Lock Sticks (Build 5604)

I am having a problem/annoyance with the Caps Lock button switching on/off between Guest OS and Host OS when the following situation is encountered:

Caps Lock Off:
Use Windows XP (Guest OS) to remote connect to another Windows 2003 environment to use SQL Database application. Caps Lock switched ON.

Caps Lock On:
Switch back to Windows XP and use Microsoft Outlook 2007. Upon typing first word the caps lock is turned off (automatically by Outlook) so email types in regular case. Caps Lock light is now off. Now if I switch back to OS X, I am still typing in Capital letters even though lights are off on Cap Lock button.

The aforementioned problem appears to cause the caps lock functionality to become out-of-sync between Guest and Host OS.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?
 
Thank you John, like I said more of an annoyance than anything else. Overall however the new build release of 5604 is working GREAT!
 
I concur, however it is not as big of a problem as previous versions. In 5608, I can now simply hit caps lock two times and the caps lock will reset itself.
 
Problem exists in 4.0.3844

I just upgraded to the latest build, and now my caps lock is the opposite of whatever the other system's is.... Mac: On, Windows: Off; Windows: On, Mac: Off.

Is this a reoccurrence of the bug?

I am having a similar problem. My cap lock key works fine on the Mac side, but when I use my Windows XP virtual machine, the keyboard types in all caps if the cap lock key is off and in lower case if it is on. I have the same issue when I use Internet Explorer on my virtual machine to remotely access my office computer. I have to keep the cap lock key on in order to type in lower case. I'd appreciate any suggestions on how to get the cap lock key back in sync.
 
I too have this problem and am hopeful of a solution. In reading the boards it appears this has been going on for a long time. I have build 4.0.3844.
