I have been using "Capture Area" with my extended display in the past and was OK. However, it fails to work in the last few versions (including the current version 2.5.1). The captured file is just blank. Note that Capture Area works on my primary display (MacBook Pro screen). And that Capture Window, Capture Screen work on both my primary and extended display. Please advise. Thanks
Hello, some questions: - what is the model of your external display? - try to change output file format (to open tool preferences right click on tool in Toolbox and choose 'Preferences'). Will it help? - what version of Capture Area worked fine? (if you remember, of course)
