Capture Date and Time Wrong on Screen Recordings

Not sure if anyone has encountered this.
I am using a Mac and able to make a screen recording using Quicktime without issue. I am then able to apply a date and time stamp on that video using iMovie or similar programs. I am able to use parallels screen recording feature. However when I use the Parallels screen recording video captured and try to apply the date and time stamp to this video, it shows the correct time but the time is ahead by four hours? I have looked at every possible setting and sub-setting to make Parallels is set to my time zone, and all seems to be fine, however the video still shows the wrong time when I tested it again. I need to date and time stamp my screen recordings with the date and time they were created/captured. Is there any way or setting I may be missing? Please help, thanks
