Hi just enabled Catalina as a beta. However I now can't transfer files from my Mac to the Windows desktop. It just says that permissions are denied does anyone have any ideas please.
Hi @MatthewH9 did you reinstall Parallels Tools and check the issue? If it doesn't help, please provide us with the detailed step-by-step issue description in order to reproduce it on or side, then generate the problem report right after the issue reproduced and reply us back with the report's ID number.
