CD ROM Error

What Linux distributive version are you using?
Did the CD drive work for Parallels Workstation before and when stopped working if it did? Is it SCSI drive?

The CDROM works fine still...I just get that message when I power on. If a CD is in the drive, I do not get the message. I am using Ubuntu 7.04.

I got the same problem. Using Ubuntu 7.04 too.
