Tried to burn a CD in Windows XP but the disk was rejected for some reason. I took the Windows option of ejecting the CD and trying another, but Windows then crashed. Could not eject CD.
Disconnecting the CD/DVD-ROM and ejecting from Mac OS-X did not work. Disk Utility says the device is busy.
On restarting Parallels/XP it immediately crashed or was very slow. I elected to revert to a snapshot before restarting again. Now I see no CD/DVD drive listed in Windows.
How do I fix this mess?
