Windows XP has been stable but I have a CentOS 4.4 VM with the Parallels Linux tools installed which crashes regularly. BTW, it looks like this might be related to having the AirPort attached as the network device. I had a couple of crashes in a row and they stopped when I moved over to the Ethernet card.
