Change Primary User

Good Morning,

We have recently lost our developer rather abruptly and our business is a little bit exposed. I have limited his ability to access the MT and parallels panels however i cannot delete him as he is the primary user.

Please can someone explain how we re classify the primary user so we are protected in the future.
