Changing account password

I do see a "change password" option in the demo site, but if active directory credentials are expired before the user logs in, will the HTML5 gateway prompt the user "your password has expired, Would you like to change it?"

Does the HTML5 gateway provide a way for users to change password if credentials have expired?
