changing resolution in full screen on macbook

I just installed Windows XP with Parallels Desktop on my MacBook. It did something when installing to the resolution and seemed to optimise it for the small screen view. If I switch to full screen how do I get it to notice and reset the resolution so it doesn't look so fuzzy?

OK I understand now. I have to set the MacBook resolution on the VM and then go into the Control Panels on XP and set the resolution there as well.
