Cisco Port Security and Parallels

Hello, I live at my college dorms and the IT department has Cisco Port Security on our residential network that closes a port that detects two MAC addresses. So for that reason every time I run Parallels with my network adapter it boots me off the internet, and it's actually quite a pain in the butt because I have to call the IT department and ask them to please let me back in (they must hate me).

So far, I have tried to set Parallels to Bridged Network thinking that might solve it but again the port security kicked me off.

I figured I'd post here and see if someone may have an idea or a solution before my IT dept. bans me for life, lol.

Thanx in advance,

JP
