Cisco VPN on Mac Pro with Parallels causes crash/kernel panic

I have tried running all of the recent builds of Parallels including 1898 and 1908 and they all consistenly crash my Mac Pro either during installation or on startup (consistently).

If I uninstall either the Cisco VPN (running latest version: 4.9.00.005) or Parallels, my Mac runs fine. If I install the Cisco VPN client, Parallels runs fine. But when both are installed, it crashes immediately upon login/startup.
