Click-through when focusing windows

When clicking on windows to focus them, it's general Mac policy to not let the click event fall through to the window itself. i.e. clicks on unfocused window just focus.

Currently Parallels windows do not do this which is not the expected behaviour.
 
Hi,

Thank you for your suggestions. Mac OS X has two behaviours about click on inactive windows 1) Activate and do not click 2) Activate and do click. We are using a second one. We will studying the problem and fix it if most of users will not be happy with it.
