Client has had ll installed for about 6 months. He states that when he opened ll yesterday it prompted to create a new Windows 7 installation. I went through setup for existing image, but could not find the image. All ll folders are empty?? Any clues as to where to look for files? I did a search and came up empty. Thanks in advance...
