I cloned a copy of Windows 7. It appears in the VM list and when I click on it it starts normally and a window appears that give the familiar message ''Copy of Windows Resuming''. Then that window disappears and a small window has the message ''starting coherence...''. Then that window disappears and I am left with the virtual machine list that shows my cloned copy of windows which appears to be running. However when I click on it nothing happens. The only thing that I can do is to click on the button to shut it down. I am running Parallels 9.0.24251 and Mac OSX 10.9.5.
Hi dmarkdw, Your Virtual Machine is running in Coherence mode. Please exit Coherence mode, so you can view your Virtual Machine in normal Windowed mode/Full-screen mode. Please refer to http://kb.parallels.com/4670
