I cloned a copy of Windows 7. It appears in the VM list and when I click on it it starts normally and a window appears that give the familiar message ''Copy of Windows Resuming''. Then that window disappears and a small window has the message ''starting coherence...''. Then that window disappears and I am left with the virtual machine list that shows my cloned copy of windows which appears to be running. However when I click on it nothing happens. The only thing that I can do is to click on the button to shut it down. I am running Parallels 9.0.24251 and Mac OSX 10.9.5.

Your Virtual Machine is running in Coherence mode.
Please exit Coherence mode, so you can view your Virtual Machine in normal Windowed mode/Full-screen mode.
