Hi, I'm testing the Azure Virtual Desktop integration with Parallels, but I'm having an issue when the VM Host is cloning from the template. It reaches the "waiting for preparation" stage, but doesn't progress any further. In the logs, I see: [E 0B/00000036] Failed to send rasprep/sysprep info to x.x.x.x I've tried to find out how these details are transferred to the host, but I haven't had much success with my searches. Does it use one of the standard Parallels agent ports, or something else? It could be a change required on our firewall, but understanding how this process works would help. Many thanks, Dean
Hi Dean, Please, send us System report as described in https://kb.parallels.com/en/124563 and post number here
Further to my previous message, I've managed to get passed the rasprep error, but now see the following logged: [D 06/00000062/T0408/P1170] 14-10-21 12:10:29 - Failed to add VDI application process (Usermode Font Driver Host) from guest (ID:A1583228-**removed**).
