Cmd+H when running Windows in Crystal Mode

Hi Parallels fans,

The Cmd+H shortcut to hide windows does not work in Crystal mode. Is there a way to activate that?

Also, when I hit Opt+Cmd+H to hide all windows but the active Window, the WindowsXP applications minimise instead of hiding. Is there a way so that they get hidden instead of minimising

I use these shortcuts VERY heavily would be grateful to see a solution to this.
