cmd tab app switching

I was having trouble getting the Shift key to capitalize in the VM. I found the fix by going to Preference --> OS system shortcuts and switching from Auto to Always. Now, however, cmd-tab when in Parallels does not work as an app switcher to change to Mac apps. Is there a fix without losing the Shift key function in Windows?
 
1. Revert setting back. This setting dedicated to pass all key combinations to the guest OS.
2. Go to VM configuration, Hardware tab, Mouse and keyboard. Set "Optimize for Games" setting for the Keyboard.

I had already tried that. I had this problem a while ago. The Optimize for Games helped and now for some reason it is happening again.
