I just installed Parallels 3.0 build 4124, and it appears that Cmd-Tab switching out of the VM no longer works. I tried various settings on the Keyboard tab in Preferences... but none of it worked to get me back my Cmd-Tab switching. That feature worked perfectly in 3188. I could Cmd-Tab switch into/out of Windows or Linux VM's, and start typing right away in the VM's. I might point out that VMware Fusion does not allow users to Cmd-Tab switch out of VM's either. I have been running both Parallels and Fusion and trying to decide which one to use, and that definitely put Fusion at a disadvantage for me...
