Coherance and hotkeys or popups in WinXP

Not sure if anyone has this problem, but I find it quite annoying. If I run WinXP in coherance mode, and a popup appears inside Windows, all "Command-<KEY>" hotkeys no longer function (ie command-tab, command-c, command-v, etc). I also experience this randomly when applications are attempting "full screen" type configurations in WinXP.

If I minimize the full screen apps, everything works as planned. Or if I close the popup, same scenario.

The only thing I can possibly think of is that I do have "Swap CMD/CTRL" configured within my Parallels options. Although changing that setting doesn't seem to have much effect.

Any ideas?

 

Here is another thing...my hot corners no longer work when this happens either.
