I have application which must run with Windows display scale of 100% ONLY. When using Parallels desktop with regular desktop view on my external 4k 42inch monitor, I set the Scale to 100% and all works fine. All stays properly set even through reboot. I have full resolution of the 4k monitor desktop with 100% scale and I am happy... I want to run the application in Coherence, BUT when I switch to coherence mode, Coherence overwrites the Display resolution and Scale - display to some lower resolution and scale to some higher value - typically 150% - and my application GUI is unusable, it looks ugly, controls are inaccessible, and app more or less does not work. How do I persuade Parallels Desktop 19.2.1 Business Edition to keep Windows graphic settings untouched when switching between regular desktop and Coherence modes? I simply want in Coherence the same 4k Display resolution and 100% scale as in desktop, nothing complicated.
found something : in parallels Control center - settings - options - full screen : I disabled everything and in advanced set scale to fit screen : Off. Now everything is nice and scaled to my liking. (I must say that in the display settings in windows, the zoom at reboot was 300%, so maybe it's just that !)
