coherence Help!!!!

hi. I just updated parallels to the new version and I can not use coherence.
everything is enabled but when i press the coherence button or try to switch view to coherence, nothing happens. i did restart the mac after the upgrade by the way.
please help, i really would like to use this new feature.

I made it work!!!!!
finally. I noticed that in parallels tool, coherence was not present, so I reinstall parallels tool making sure to do the custom install. it did the trick.
now everything works! I love it.
