Coherence mode for individual programs only

Hello,
I very much prefer to have the "full" Windows experience with Windows Desktop. However, I would like to use my iPad and have a Windows App appear there. It is possible to have Parallels (i.e., the full Windows Desktop) diplay on the iPad, but not an individual Windows app unless I use coherence mode, which however entails that I no longer have a Windows Desktop.
I was wondering if you could implement a new mode that would allow to "extract" individual Windows programs to show as Mac OS apps, but other than that leave Windows (Desktop) running in its own Parallels Window.
Alternatively, Perhaps one could also make each Windows Virtual Desktop appear in a separate Parallels Window.
