Coherence without losing taskbar (or adding Windows apps to dock)

I just want to be able to use all screens for Windows (interleaved with Mac windows), without losing access to the task bar and without clogging up my dock with Windows apps.

An added request would be if you could find some way to stop the Mac dock from moving to the screen that the windows taskbar is on, which I know is Apple's fault, but they are a lot less likely to fix it.
