Command Line Client without username and password

If i use commend line (/opt/2X/Client/bin/appserverclient -s server -u user -p password -d domain -m MS -w 1600 -h 1024) i need insert username and password. How can i request windows for input Username and password?

Please enter the credentials which you use login in RDP Client. Please check with your RAS admin, if you've have any trouble with that.
