Good morning,
I don't find a way to contact commercial support for ask some questions.
I would like to upgrade from PD10 to PD11 (or PDPro11) but I need some information:
1) if I upgrade to PDPro11 next year when you sell PDPro12 update will continue to cost me $ 49.99?
2) PD10 presents the same limitations of PD11 (in terms of memory and cpu)?
3) PD11 has no update (security or otherwise) until it comes out PD12?

1. Parallels Desktop Pro Edition is available as a subscription- you will always enjoy running the latest version of Parallels Desktop as a benefit of your subscription. 2. Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition was designed for developers, web and graphic designers, power users and other demanding pros. please refer to http://kb.parallels.com/123296 to know the difference between Parallels Desktop for Mac and Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition.
3. Parallels will work on regular updates to improve the performance of Parallels Desktop pro Edition before next version release,
You can also configure Parallels Desktop to check for updates automatically: Go to Parallels Desktop menu > Preferences > General > Verify that the Download updates automatically check-box is checked.
